Football Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt faced Lincoln in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Rough Riders were beaten by the Patriots 55-7. The Rough Riders' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row dating back to last season.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lincoln, the win (which was their ninth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 3-0.
