Spanish Fort strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Daphne Trojans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Toros also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Leading Spanish Fort to victory were Cailyn Boykin and Victoria Holley. Boykin had five aces and four digs, while Holley had 11 digs and one assist. That's the most aces Boykin has posted since back in October of 2024. Natalie Maxwell also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Spanish Fort's record now sits at 8-0. As for Daphne, they moved to 6-2 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Spanish Fort wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Bob Jones on the 23rd. As for Daphne, they will head out on the road to challenge Elberta at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
