It was a good run, but Vidalia unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a blow against the Pine Raiders, falling 53-22. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while the Raiders are ranked 46th).

Vidalia's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-10. As for Pine, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Vidalia will face off against Buckeye at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pine has already played their next matchup, a 72-39 victory against Loranger on the 6th.
