Basketball Game Preview: Marlette Red Raiders vs. Sandusky Wolves

Marlette hasn't had much luck against Sandusky recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Marlette Red Raiders will welcome the Sandusky Wolves at 7:00 p.m.

Marlette came up short against Brown City on Tuesday, falling 42-19. While losing is never fun, the Red Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 629th, while the Green Devils are ranked 257th).

Meanwhile, Sandusky made easy work of Ubly on Tuesday and carried off a 46-25 victory. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 21 points or more this season.

Sandusky's win bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Marlette, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.
