Volleyball Recap: Mohawk Takes a Loss

Mohawk and Imbler squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Mohawk had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Panthers. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-16, 25-16.

Mohawk's offense was headlined by Kenlee Wald and Mia Dalton, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Addison Barrowcliff and her six assists. She also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Amelia Mars, each putting up two.

Mohawk's loss dropped their record down to 18-12. As for Imbler, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Mohawk nor Imbler have any future games scheduled.
