Recap: Grantsville Cowboys vs. Ogden Tigers
The Grantsville Cowboys lost against the Ogden Tigers back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Grantsville fell 59-51 to Ogden.
When it comes to explaining why Grantsville lost, one person who can't be blamed is Bryson Roberts. Despite the final result, he scored 14 points along with three steals. Roberts is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Powell, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds.
Grantsville's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Ogden, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 18-5.
Grantsville will square off against Ogden at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Ogden's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last ten matches. As for they, they will take on Grantsville at 1:00 p.m. Ogden knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past ten games -- so hopefully Grantsville likes a good challenge.
