Volleyball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Summit Storm. If the Cougars were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Storm when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Summit, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain View will welcome Crook County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Summit, they will take on Ridgeview at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
