Soccer Recap: Gaffney Comes Up Short

Gaffney was the 2-0 winner over Northwestern when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Gaffney Indians lost 3-0 to the Northwestern Trojans on Wednesday. The Indians' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Gaffney's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Northwestern, they moved to 1-5 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gaffney will challenge Dorman at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Dorman will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Gaffney surely won't give up without a fight. As for Northwestern, they will face off against Fort Mill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
