Basketball Recap: Shelby Takes a Loss

Shelby and Conrad squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Shelby had to settle for second. They fell to the Conrad Cowboys 62-57. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cowboys this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 62-51 back in January.

This is the second loss in a row for Shelby and nudges their season record down to 1-18. As for Conrad, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-5.

Shelby didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-52 loss against Cut Bank on the 21st. Conrad does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
