Softball Recap: Nicholas County Comes Up Short

Nicholas County fell victim to Pendleton County and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Bluejackets' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Nicholas County is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 19-21-1. As for Pendleton County, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-11.

As of now, neither Nicholas County nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
