Soccer Recap: Montour Comes Up Short

Montour was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 8-1 to the Plum Mustangs. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Montour were already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Cameron Gallagher, which was the first he's scored this season.

Montour's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Plum, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1-1.

Coming up, Montour is taking a road trip to face off against Chartiers Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Plum has already played their next contest (against Hempfield Area), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
