Softball Recap: Johnsonville Flashes vs. Lake City Panthers

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lake View, Johnsonville was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Lake City Panthers 14-3. That 11 run margin sets a new team best for the Flashes this season.

Natalee Taylor made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over six innings pitched. Those hits marked the first that she allowed this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one double. That's the most hits she has posted since back in May of 2024.
