Recap: Kane Wolves vs. Bradford Owls
This season hasn't been kind to The Kane Wolves, who are still winless after their tenth match. They took a 25-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bradford on Friday. Kane was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Bradford apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
Bradford was led to victory by Logan Kohler and Talan Reese. Kohler picked up 188 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Reese threw for 291 yards and three touchdowns while completing 89.5% of his passes.
Kane's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 0-10. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 9-1 Redbank Valley and 8-2 Port Allegany (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 64.9% over those games). As for Bradford, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.
Kane does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Bradford also has no future games currently scheduled.
