Baseball Recap: Gorman Panthers vs. Cross Plains Buffaloes
Gorman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 11-8 to the Cross Plains Buffaloes. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Buffaloes this season, with their most recent defeat being a 18-4 loss on Tuesday.
Tyce Delgado was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run and one double. Edgar Gutierrez was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one stolen base.
Gorman's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Cross Plains, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-3.
