Marshall had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.2 points) and they went ahead and made it ten on Wednesday. They walked away with a 63-55 victory over the Vicksburg Bulldogs. Given the Redhawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 121st in Michigan, while the Bulldogs are ranked 295th in Michigan), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Marshall's win bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Vicksburg, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.
