Basketball Game Preview: Prince of Peace Eagles vs. Pantego Christian Panthers

The Prince of Peace Eagles will take on the Pantego Christian Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Prince of Peace comes in on three and Pantego Christian on five.

Last Friday, Prince of Peace beat Liberty Christian 62-55.

Meanwhile, Pantego Christian was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Shelton 92-55. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Prince of Peace better keep an eye on Tristan Brown. He was instrumental in Pantego Christian's win, dropping a double-double on 22 points and ten assists. That's the most points Brown has posted since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Stone Thiel, who went 8 of 11 on his way to 20 points.

Pantego Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 38.8 points. As for Prince of Peace, their win bumped their record up to 8-13.
