Green Level's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They won by a goal and slipped past the Apex Cougars 2-1. The Gators wouldn't have won without Hayes Wasdell, who scored the game-winner.

The win made it two in a row for Green Level and bumps their season record up to 4-2. As for Apex, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-1.

Looking ahead, Green Level will face off against Panther Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Green Level's last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Apex, they will take on Cary at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
