Easton Armstrong Turns in Season-Best Performance

On Friday, LaBrae got the W thanks in part to Easton Armstrong playing the best football he has all season. Armstrong's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 115 rushing yards dating back to last season. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 53 yards.

LaBrae is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. They and Crestview are set to duel on Friday.

Mikey Proctor put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He made nine total tackles.

He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making two total tackles and defending two passes in addition to snagging an interception.

Garfield's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1. Bogucki and Garfield will face off against Brookfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Garfield Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Harper Troyer

Garfield picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Harper Troyer. Troyer rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August.

On the season, Troyer has run in 8 touchdowns while averaging 53.3 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after nine games last season, he was only averaging 16.22 rushing yards per game.
