Soccer Recap: Cary-Grove Comes Up Short

Cary-Grove fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Crystal Lake Central on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1. Cary-Grove haven't had much luck with Crystal Lake Central recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Cary-Grove's goal came courtesy of Avery Brown, who's now up to two this season.

Cary-Grove now has a losing record of 2-3-2. As for Crystal Lake Central, their record now sits at 6-3-1.
