La Salle stays at No. 2 despite loss to St. Xavier.

However, the loss did not drop it out of the No. 2 spot in the Midwest Region Football Computer Rankings.
La Salle is less than half of a rankings point ahead of No. 3 Colerain, a team La Salle defeated earlier this season. St. Edward remains at No. 1. St. Xavier moved up two spots to No. 6.
The regional rankings are based on the
MaxPreps Computer Rankings, presented by the Army National Guard. The Midwest region includes teams from Arkansas, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, Nebraska and North and South Dakota.
