Bridgeport had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Buckhannon-Upshur on Tuesday. The Indians were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Buccaneers. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Indians yet this season.

Bridgeport not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Buckhannon-Upshur between 15 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-15, 25-16.

Taylor Randolph paced Bridgeport's offense, picking up 11 kills. Randolph got some help from Addison Veigel and her 23 assists. Rylee Decker controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Bridgeport has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-11-5 record this season. As for Buckhannon-Upshur, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-16-1 record this season.

Bridgeport has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Preston on the 23rd. Buckhannon-Upshur does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
