West Fork strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Central Springs Panthers by a score of 6-1. For the Warhawks, this counts as revenge for the 12-3 win the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in July of 2024.

West Fork pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average this season. As for Central Springs, their loss ended a ten-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-2.

West Fork wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 8-0 victory against Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS on the 5th. As for Central Springs, they will head out to face off against Northwood-Kensett at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
