Fans got a thrill when Will Hefley and Cameron Colbert connected against Central. The connection went for 86 yards, the longest such play in 5A Central this season.

Pulaski Academy added to the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Cougars, 50-28. The victory was the fifth in a row for the Bruins.

Pulaski Academy's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Hefley threw for 347 and 6 touchdowns and Will Hastings had 124 yards receiving. Colbert helped Pulaski Academy's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 92 yards.

He was 19-24 with 0 interceptions.

Hefley put up the best numbers in passing as Kevin Kelley's team topped Central. Hefley's favorite target this week was Hastings, who caught 4 passes for 124 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Little Rock Christian Academy takes on the Bruins. The Warriors are currently in fourth, while Pulaski Academy is in first.

The Bruins led 5A Central in scoring this week by notching 50 points on the Cougars. Hefley during the win.
