Volleyball Recap: Wade Hampton's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dorman, Wade Hampton was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Eastside Eagles with a sharp 3-0 win. Surprisingly, this marked the Generals' fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-23, 27-25.

Wade Hampton's offense was headlined by E Campos and Eden Posner, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Jacilyn Dombroski and her 14 assists. Avery Woods controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Wade Hampton's victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-7. As for Eastside, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.
