Basketball Recap: Harrison Takes a Loss

Harrison lost against McEachern back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Harrison Hoyas took a 48-30 bruising from the McEachern Indians.

McEachern found their leader in sophomore Summer Edwards, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten boards. What's more, Edwards also posted a 70% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Ava Couzens, who posted seven points and three steals.

Harrison dropped their record down to 15-8 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for McEachern, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-13.

As of now, neither Harrison nor McEachern have any future games scheduled.
