It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Seneca ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Camden Catholic Fighting Irish 4-3. The Golden Eagles haven't had any issues with the Fighting Irish recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Nate Park was excellent, going 3-for-4 with one double and one RBI. That RBI was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Brayden Olson, who went 2-for-4 with one triple and one run.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Seneca kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
