Basketball Recap: Airport Triumphs

Airport lost to Mid-Carolina back in November of 2020, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Eagles walked away with a 57-45 win over the Rebels.

Mid-Carolina's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Landen Wicker, who went 6-for-15 to rack up 19 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Treyvon Smith, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 11 boards.
