Volleyball Game Preview: North Nodaway Mustangs vs. West Nodaway Rockets + How To Watch

North Nodaway is 0-3 against West Nodaway since September of 2024 but things could change on Tuesday. The Mustangs will square off against the Rockets at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

North Nodaway will bounce into Tuesday's matchup after beating South Harrison, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Mustangs came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 3-1 on Monday.

While North Nodaway might've won, it sure wasn't easy: South Harrison scored at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-21, 22-25, 25-20.

Meanwhile, West Nodaway had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Knights.

West Nodaway easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-11.

West Nodaway's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for North Nodaway, they picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 3-5.

North Nodaway suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to West Nodaway when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Mustangs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
