Hale Ray waltzed into their game on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cromwell Panthers. That's more bragging rights for the Noises, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

While Hale Ray won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-18, 25-23.

Reagan Bean paced Hale Ray's offense, picking up 16 kills. Bean got some help from Olivia Thiele and her 15 assists. Thiele also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Maggie Janecek, racking up three apiece.

Hale Ray's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Cromwell, they moved to 4-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Hale Ray wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Morgan on the 17th. As for Cromwell, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Valley Regional on the 17th.
