Basketball Game Preview: Jensen Beach Falcons vs. Central Cobras

Two dominant centers in Jayla Brinkley and LOVELY GABRIEL are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Jensen Beach Falcons just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Central Cobras at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Jensen Beach is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.6 points per game this season.

Jensen Beach is headed into the match after thoroughly thrashing Jupiter: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Jensen Beach blew Jupiter out of the water with a 73-33 final score. With the Falcons ahead 52-17 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Jensen Beach's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mo Mcfadden, who made all 5 shots she took to post 12 points and four steals. What's more, Mcfadden also racked up four assists, the most she's had since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Danielle Bell, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten boards.

Meanwhile, Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against Bishop Moore, falling 70-43.

Jensen Beach is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 9-14.

Jensen Beach didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Central when the teams last played back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 65-61 victory. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was GABRIEL, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 13 rebounds.
