Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tuslaw). They skirted past the Fairless Falcons 4-3. The high-scoring effort was just what Tuslaw needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Tuslaw's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 2-7. As for Fairless, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.

Tuslaw and Fairless could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Mustangs (ranked 466th) will meet Canton South (ranked 122nd) at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Fairless will face off against Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday with a big rank disadvantage (535 vs. 205).
