Basketball Recap: Warren Easton Takes a Loss

Warren Easton lost against Holy Cross back in November of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Warren Easton Fighting Eagles took a 54-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Holy Cross Tigers. While losing is never fun, the Fighting Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 130th, while the Tigers are ranked 32nd).

Warren Easton has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 16-22 record this season. As for Holy Cross, their win bumped their record up to 17-3.
