It was a good run, but Timberlake unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Cole Valley Christian Chargers by a score of 7-6.

Timberlake saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eric Wylie, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run.

Timberlake's defeat dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Cole Valley Christian, their record is now 22-5.

While Timberlake had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
