Volleyball Recap: Crab Orchard Takes a Loss

Crab Orchard was the 2-0 winner over Shawnee when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Trojans fell 2-0 to the Redskins on Wednesday.

Crab Orchard was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Shawnee work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-20.

Crab Orchard's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Shawnee, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crab Orchard will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Agape Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Shawnee, they will host Zeigler-Royalton at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
