Soccer Recap: West Henderson Takes a Loss

West Henderson was the 3-1 winner over North Buncombe when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Falcons fell just short of the Black Hawks by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday.

West Henderson's goal came courtesy of Nicholas Kenny, which was the first he's scored this season.

West Henderson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3-1. As for North Buncombe, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Coming up, West Henderson will head out on the road to face off against East Rutherford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Buncombe, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Avery County at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
