Volleyball Game Preview: Mayer Lutheran Crusaders vs. Chanhassen Storm

The Mayer Lutheran Crusaders will head out to take on the Chanhassen Storm at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Mayer Lutheran is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Marshall just ended the team's 11-match winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Crusaders have suffered since August 29, 2024.

Meanwhile, Chanhassen faced Champlin Park in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Storm had just enough and edged out the Rebels 3-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Storm, who have now won three contests in a row.

Mayer Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 15-3. As for Chanhassen, their win bumped their record up to 18-2.
