Basketball Recap: Dexter Has No Trouble Against Sikeston

Dexter lost to Sikeston two weeks ago, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Dexter Bearcats walked away with a 52-42 victory over the Sikeston Bulldogs. That ten point margin sets a new team best for the Bearcats this season.

The win got Dexter back to even at 3-3. As for Sikeston, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Dexter will take on Greenville in a tournament on Saturday. Sikeston and Caruthersville will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
