The Calhoun Yellow Jackets will face off against the Oconee County Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Calhoun sitting on six straight victories and Oconee County on three.

Calhoun is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They blew past Dawson County 3-0.

Calhoun walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-17, 25-14, 25-21.

Chloe Edens had an outrageously good game as she had 14 digs and nine aces.

Edens wasn't the only good servers: Calhoun was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in six consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, Oconee County got the win against Islands on Saturday by a conclusive 3-0.

Calhoun's victory bumped their record up to 34-9. As for Oconee County, their win bumped their record up to 37-13.
