Softball Recap: Indianapolis Washington Comes Up Short

Indianapolis Washington and Edgewood squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Indianapolis Washington had to settle for second. They lost 7-0 to the Mustangs. The loss leaves the Continentals still looking for their first win of the season.

Indianapolis Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Edgewood, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-5.

After both having extra time off, Indianapolis Washington and Indianapolis Shortridge will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on June 17. As for Edgewood, they will square off against Northview at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
