Volleyball Recap: Walsh Takes a Loss

Walsh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett] Patriots. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Patriots from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett] scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-17, 25-18.

Walsh's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett], they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Walsh will challenge Eads at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett], they will be playing at home against Springfield at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
