Steinbrenner came tearing into Wednesday's game with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 42.6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Tampa Bay Tech Titans 62-20. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 73rd, while the Titans are ranked 343rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Steinbrenner's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Samantha Coble, who posted 13 points in addition to five boards and four steals. That's the most rebounds Coble has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Breanna Hartley, who made all 5 shots she took to post 10 points.

Steinbrenner smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive boards in nine consecutive matchups.

Steinbrenner pushed their record up to 20-1 with the win, which was their tenth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.6 points per game. As for Tampa Bay Tech, with the defeat, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Steinbrenner will face off against Spoto at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Steinbrenner is facing Spoto at the right time seeing as Spoto is stuck on a 14-game losing streak. As for Tampa Bay Tech, they will take on Victory Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Victory Christian Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.4 points per game this season.
