 In what's become a running theme this season, Lee-Scott Academy gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Wednesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the North Bay Haven Academy Buccaneers  a   10-0 shutout. Ten seems to be a good number for Lee-Scott Academy as the  team scooped up a  win with the same number of  runs in their previous game.
  Garrett West made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. West has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  a single  walk in three consecutive pitching appearances. West was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-3 with three  RBI and a  double.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Jake Cummings, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-1.  Pelzer Reaves was another key contributor,  going 1-for-3 with three  RBI.
 The  victory  made it two in a row for Lee-Scott Academy and  bumps their season record up to 9-4. As for North Bay Haven Academy, they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-8.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lee-Scott Academy will  face off against Lakeside School at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Lakeside School is coming into the  matchup with five straight  wins at home,  so Lee-Scott Academy will have to stop a  team with plenty of momentum. As for North Bay Haven Academy, they are on the road again  on Tuesday to play Chipley at 6:00  p.m. Chipley's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6  runs per game  this season, so North Bay Haven Academy's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
