Baseball Recap: Taylor Takes a Loss

Taylor fell victim to Salado and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 2-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Ducks have suffered since March 4th.

Taylor's loss dropped their record down to 6-17-1. As for Salado, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-8-1 record this season.

While Taylor had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
