Soccer Recap: Brewer Comes Up Short

Brewer managed to keep up with Azle until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Bears came up short against the Hornets, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Azle this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in February.

Brewer has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12-1 record this season. As for Azle, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-8-1.

Brewer does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Azle, they are taking a road trip to take on Aledo at 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
