Basketball Recap: Elgin Comes Up Short

Elgin lost against Yukon back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Elgin Owls were dealt a 73-45 loss at the hands of the Yukon Millers.

Elgin dropped their record down to 4-8 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Yukon, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-8.

Elgin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 52-46 win against Dickson on the 25th. As for Yukon, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 38-35 loss against Anadarko on the 25th.
