Volleyball Game Preview: Plainwell Trojans vs. Edwardsburg Eddies + How To Watch

Plainwell hasn't had much luck against Edwardsburg recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Trojans will host the Eddies at 6:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Plainwell sitting on nine straight victories and Edwardsburg on three.

On Saturday, Plainwell made easy work of Spring Lake and carried off a 3-0 win.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 25-21.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Edwardsburg and Buchanan, and Edwardsburg kept the tradition alive. The Eddies were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bucks on Monday.

Edwardsburg's victory bumped their record up to 19-8. As for Plainwell, their win bumped their record up to 18-10.

Everything went Plainwell's way against Edwardsburg when the teams last played back in September of 2024, as Plainwell made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Eddies have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
