Volleyball Recap: Proviso West Takes a Loss

Proviso West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Conant Cougars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Proviso West's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Conant, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-14.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Proviso West will head out to take on North Chicago at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Conant, they will face off against Wheeling at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
