Baseball Recap: Seymour Has No Trouble Against Green Bay United

While Seymour put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Green Bay United. The Thunder were the clear victors by a 22-0 margin over the Gryphon. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Thunder.

Cayden Staffeldt and Joe Woldt made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Staffeldt tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Woldt tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. At the plate, Staffeldt scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Woldt scored a run while getting on base in both of his plate appearances.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Carson Staffeldt, who scored four runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Thompson, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.

Seymour now has a winning record of 2-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Thunder beat Green Bay United by a score of 28-0 on Friday.
