Preview: Kellam vs. Kempsville
The Kempsville Chiefs have the luxury of staying at home another game and will welcome the Kellam Knights on Thursday. Kempsville is currently enjoying a five-game winning streak and is looking to extend their dominance.
The Chiefs were the big favorite in their most recent contest, and for good reason. They put a hurting on First Colonial at home to the tune of 81-40.
Meanwhile, the matchup between Kellam and Landstown on Tuesday was not a total blowout, but with Kellam falling 47-29 at home, it was darn close to turning into one.
Kempsville's victory brought them up to 17-3 while Kellam's loss pulled them down to 10-9. Kempsville is 14-2 after wins this season, and Kellam is 6-2 after losses.
