Homedale extended their winning streak to three on Monday, bumping them up to 20-4. They walked away with a 5-2 win over the Cole Valley Christian Chargers. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Chargers on April 8th, they had to take a 4-2 loss.

The team relied heavily on Chance Martell, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Boston Ivie was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

As for Cole Valley Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

On Cole Valley Christian's side, they saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eli Hamby, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run.

Coming up, Homedale will square off against Fruitland at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Trojans will need to watch out since the Grizzlies have now posted at least ten runs in their last four games. Cole Valley Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
